Here I am...my last night of my 18 month Cookery Course...Certificate III Commercial Cookery
and tonight I am in the Dining Room.
It is an Industry Night...Employers of the Apprentices in the class are invited to The Mantle Restaurant (The Training Restaurant at the College) to see...and partake in the food...that their Employees have cooked up for this very important evening...
I am in the Non Trade part of the course...meaning I am not an Apprentice...
Here on this Post I will take you through the evening...
A lovely arrangement of beautiful Australian Wildflowers was the backdrop for the evening...

this is the Watermelon and Ginger Granita Sorbet served after the 2 main courses...the other main course is below!!!

The evening was a huge success and I have thoroughly enjoyed myself at this Course!!!
